Welcome to Golden Path Advisors. By accessing our website or engaging our credit advisory services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Services

Golden Path Advisors provides credit review, analysis, and dispute assistance services to help consumers address inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information on their credit reports.

2. Compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)

In strict compliance with federal law (CROA):

  • No Advance Fees: Golden Path Advisors does not charge or receive any money prior to fully performing the services we have agreed to execute. All fees are earned and billed only after agreed-upon services or milestones are completed.
  • Written Contract Required: Before any paid services begin, you will be provided with a formal written contract outlining the exact services to be performed, total costs, payment terms, and explicit cancellation terms.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

  • Score Guarantees: Golden Path Advisors cannot, and does not, guarantee a specific credit score increase, nor do we guarantee that any specific piece of negative information will be permanently removed from your credit profile. Credit bureaus and creditors retain sole authority over updates to your credit history.
  • Accurate Information: We do not assist, advise, or encourage clients to remove or change accurate, current, and verifiable information on their credit reports.

4. Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

The services, evaluations, and educational materials provided by Golden Path Advisors are for general credit optimization purposes only. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or formal investment advisory services. If legal or professional tax counsel is required, you must seek independent representation.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effectiveness of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information regarding your identity and credit history.
  • Promptly forward all correspondence, letters, or updated credit reports received from credit bureaus or creditors to our team.
  • Refrain from applying for substantial new lines of credit or incurring new delinquent debts while actively engaged in our program, as this may negatively impact your overall results.

6. Right of Cancellation

Under federal law, you have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization, without any penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days from the date the contract is signed. Beyond this period, cancellation terms will be governed by your signed client service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Path Advisors, its officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services, or your inability to achieve a specific financial outcome (such as mortgage approval).

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be initiated in the appropriate courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
